What we collect
We collect personal information of the user which along with sensitive personal data includes but not limited to the Name, mobile number, information voluntarily provided by the user by signing the application / user creation forms, identification/registration forms, KYC details, information obtained through due diligence processes on website, User’s IP address and other information that is required to be collected in order to comply with the rules and regulations set out by any authority or to fulfil the obligations as set out in the agreements/contracts entered into by the Pay Panda for the services.
Any information that is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as personal information for the purposes of this Policy and Pay Panda shall not be responsible for the same.
